The Wheelhouse for Nonprofits works in collaboration with organizations to facilitate breakthrough results in the social sector. Our goal is to give organizations the strategies, tools, and support needed to drive change. We believe in the power of people to promote meaningful and lasting change. As a result of this belief, we place a strong emphasis on an inclusive and collaborative process in all our initiatives.

Brad did extensive research in getting to know the work of Valley Settlement, but more importantly, he truly came to understand our approach, our values, and the vision we share for our community. Brad was instrumental in guiding the development of a strategic plan with an emphasis on strengthening our impact and scaling our programs. Brad really helped use with Systems Building, specifically in the area of time management. He performed a time study of all the employees working on a specific program. This helped management to see where we needed to streamline hours (administration) and where we could add more attention (client support).
